If you're new to CrossFit and want to get started, please checkout our fundamentals program. For experienced CrossFitters we provide you with the option to fast track your progress into our group classes by doing an Athlete Movement Analysis.

Our Fundamentals program is for those looking to start CrossFit. Purpose built to develop in you a thorough understanding of, and a secure competency in, CrossFit's nine fundamental movements.

TSR Barbell

TSR Barbell was created out of our passion for the strength arts. We've put a lot of effort into creating a dedicated Olympic lifting and strength development area in our box.
